Bespoke mentoring programme for managers and entrepreneurs in situations of transition. Participants are invited to work on the foundations of projects (whether new or ongoing) and to explore their feasibility. The programme takes as its starting point the initial wish of the creators of the idea, which in tandem with the wish of collaborators and users, forms the basis for its realization. The participants then work on developing the relational-psychosocial, political, organizational and existential capacities necessary to make projects viable in complex environments.
