“The difficulty of internal consulting is to adopt an optimal distance to provide new perspectives”
Managers who lead new projects or staff department members often find themselves acting as internal consultants, despite not being recognised as such. They are required to have the ability to mentor people in their own organisation who find themselves in transitional situations. This task is complex and therefore requires the creation of a specific implementation model for each participant. Accordingly, this programme has a modular structure, making it possible to establish an itinerary adapted to the abilities to be developed, the needs of projects and the participant’s availability.
