The Conference focuses on a key tool of management: diagnosis. It proposes identifying the model implemented when diagnosing, the historical practice that has led to its consolidation and repetition, to the extent that participants are no longer conscious of it, along with its practical effects (pros and cons). Above all, participants are encouraged to discover new possibilities. At the same time, a multivariable analysis methodological guide is provided in order to broaden this model, identify the key points of intervention with greater precision and steer a more efficient action.
