WORK GROUPS (regular and ad-hoc)

IN ORDER
● to generate effective work synergies

● to recognise and manage the relational dynamics that hinder collective work
● to create methodological guidelines for functioning as an autonomous team

IN SUMMARY
It is to be expected that certain difficulties will arise in the functioning of a work team, in respect of both its internal and external relationship, which may have a negative effect on its image, work climate and results.

All sorts of group dynamics exist between the possible and optimal functioning of the group. Although they are not always obvious, they are very influential and operate underneath the surface of work structures and processes. These dynamics contain a great deal of energy that might either boost a project or turn it against the group.

The mentoring process involves giving the members of the team the capacity to identify and manage these phenomena while appropriating the tools necessary to turn the existing diversity of perspectives into a source of wealth for the project.
