Sessions for people undergoing life-professional transitions; times when the usual models are questioned and new ways of acting and/or interacting are required. Supported by a consultant, participants can compare their individual situations, understand the dynamics affecting the role itself, and identify alternative forms of action.

Depending on the level of experience in the methodology and the organisational/personal circumstances, the sessions may be held individually or as a group, which will be considered in an initial exploratory interview.
