SYSTEMIC ORGANISATIONAL DIAGNOSIS
● to identify the impediments to the desired functioning of the organisation
● to forecast the difficulties generated by a process of transition
● to lay the foundations for the actions of change aimed at fostering the viability of the process
IN SUMMARY
Many changes fail due to not taking into account the complexity of the dimensions in play, and sometimes due to not forecasting the effect of the agents involved.
The consultancy process uses a multidimensional methodology that connects various key situations in order to establish hypotheses on the organisational state, the factors of causality and their systemic effects, while identifying the dimensions from which it is possible to intervene in order to foster the desired functioning.
When all of this is done with the people involved in the possible improvement, the action in itself becomes an intervention to boost the process of change.
