Group relations work in contexts of complexity and transition

The purpose of this Chapter is to describe the effects we believe Group Relations (GR) work, including experiential conferences and consultancy interventions has had on an organization in Catalonia in transition that was established to care for the mentally ill. Although this Chapter refers to one organization, we consider this work paradigmatic of the transition work that can be carried out from a GR perspective, and of the approach that the Innova Institute undertakes with other organizations.
