Programme for the identification and development of a group of high-potential mangers in a large financial entity

Anticipating future needs in terms of staff turnover and increasingly demanding business conditions, the entity wishes to have technically well qualified people who also possess a high degree of maturity in order to lead teams capable of generating business under difficult conditions.

The focus was placed on the connection of the task and the organisation with the team leadership role on the basis of situations experienced by the participants. The main methodology was the “double loop” and “reflection in action”, which facilitated in-depth integration and ensured transfer to the professional and organisational contexts of the group of managers.
